Whether it’s a mental block, a grey and rainy day, or someone’s got up on the wrong side of bed – the CIO knows how to put his people back on track. Mostly it suffices when he casts a disapproving glance from his beady black eyes above his cuddly-crinkly nose, and even an event manager in a really bad mood can’t help grinning.
If that doesn’t work, Zhebo simply chivvies his team into a bracing walk around Lake Baldeney. Fresh air, as everyone knows, stimulates the little grey cells.
Otherwise, though, commotion enjoys flattened-pyramid hierarchies, and Zhebo is an indulgent and very popular boss. He acquired his event-organising skills by having a good sniff round at other agencies, and now does all the things right that they do wrong.
His weakness? Finely ground veal-liver sausage.
